Civil Litigation

Our civil litigation service covers both contentious and non-contentious matters. In respect of contentious matters, the practice attends to legal process inter-alia, for dispute arising pursuant to building and construction, recovery of goods, debts and property, disputes in relation to contracts, bankruptcy, winding up proceedings, intellectual property disputes and civil disputes in general.

As to non-contentious matters, the practice now attends to legal proceedings for succession law and non-contentious family matters.

Company Secretarial Services

Our solicitors also sit on many of our clients’ companies as company secretary as part of our aim to provide a more comprehensive service to the needs of the clientele.

Pro-Bono Services
